SRE Grade-Level School Parties
One simple contribution covers all three celebrations for your child: Winter Party, Valentine’s Party, and End-of-Year Party.
Cost
• $15 per student covers all three parties for the 2025–2026 school year.
What your contribution supports
• Pizza, Snacks and drinks
• Decorations and party essentials
• Funding Distributed based on participation.
How to contribute
• Pay below
• Send cash or check: Place $15 in a sealed envelope labeled “Grade-Level Parties – Student Name, Teacher” and return to your teacher.
Key dates
• Winter Party: December 18, 2025
• Valentine’s Party: February 13, 2025
• End-of-Year Party: May 21, 2025
Times will be shared as we get closer.
Volunteering
• Room parents will coordinate sign-ups for set-up, crafts, games, and clean-up.
Receipts and tracking
• Online payments will appear in your Membership Toolkit/store account history.
• Cash/check envelopes will be recorded by the teacher; receipts available upon request.

Is the $15 per student or per family?
• Per student. This ensures each classroom receives the right amount based on student count. -
What if I’ve already contributed for one party?
• Your $15 will simply cover the remaining parties this year. -
Can I contribute more or sponsor another student?
• Yes—thank you! Add an optional donation at checkout or contact us to sponsor a student. -
Are contributions refundable?
• Generally no, as supplies are purchased in advance. If a party is canceled, funds will be reallocated to classroom activities or the next party.
Campus guidelines
• All snacks must follow campus nutrition and allergy guidelines.
• Visitors must check in at the front office with a valid ID.
• Please be mindful of student photo/privacy preferences.
