🌤 Outside Vendor Booth – $50
Our Outside Vendor Booths are a great option for businesses who want high visibility in an open-air setting at the 2025 Fall Festival! With over 800 attendees expected, this is an incredible opportunity to connect with families and community members in a fun, festive atmosphere.
What’s Included:

One 12'x12' outdoor space

Access to set up starting 2 hours before the event

Vendor listing on our website and event signage

Opportunity to distribute promotional materials and sell merchandise or services
What You’ll Need to Bring:

Your own table, chairs, canopy, and display setup

Any extension cords or power needs (limited access – inquire if needed)
Silent Auction Requirement:
Each vendor is also asked to donate an item or service to our Silent Auction, which helps fund important student programs like kindness initiatives, bullying prevention, and outdoor learning.
Important Notes:

Outdoor booths are located on grass or pavement depending on availability

Booth placement is assigned by PTA staff and cannot be changed on the day of the event

In the event of inclement weather, we will do our best to accommodate vendors but cannot guarantee indoor space
